Pathway Navigator

 

Location: Warrington

Salary: £23,460.00 per year

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pathway Navigator to work collaboratively within an integrated team of counsellors and ISVAs. The Pathway Navigator will provide a trauma informed, service-user led service support to survivors of both recent and non-recent abuse and support clients in coping with and recovering from their experience of abuse/trauma.

Role summary:

The role of Pathway Navigator requires exemplary client/customer service experience and skills to provide high-quality telephone information and support service to our clients. The Pathway Navigator will act as a gateway to both specialist counselling and advocacy services or signposting to additional specialist support for RASASC;

This post is based in Warrington. However, some travel is required across Cheshire. A flexible working pattern will be required as well remote working.

Specialist Counsellors

 

Location: Based in Chester, Northwich, or Crewe Office for office based therapy and home based for telephone and online therapy

Salary: £ 24-26 K pro rata

Job type: Full time and part time positions available

Job description

We are looking for experienced Counsellors to join our team of Specialist Therapists to provide trauma informed therapy to adults and adolescents who have experienced sexual violence. Positions are available within our teams in Chester, Crewe and Northwich.

We also have opportunities for therapists to provide remote therapy by telephone or online. These posts will be home based and will include some early evening work. The successful candidate must have an appropriate confidential space from which to work, with good connectivity for online provision.
